DTCXperts Inc. (“DTCXperts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the DTCXperts platform.

Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, department, seniority level, and annual revenue range.

Technical Information: Your website domain and detected technology stack (via third-party services like StoreLeads) to improve matching accuracy.

Usage Data: Meeting history, platform interactions, and communication preferences.

Payment Information: Billing details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.

We use your information to: operate and improve the Platform; match vendors with relevant operators based on role, tech stack, revenue, and category interest; process payments and manage subscriptions; send transactional emails (meeting confirmations, account updates); send SMS notifications if you have opted in; detect and prevent fraud or abuse; and comply with legal obligations.

If you opt in to SMS notifications, we will send text messages to the phone number you provide. These messages relate to meeting requests and platform activity. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or updating your preferences in your profile. We will not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

With other users: Vendors see operator profiles (role, company, revenue tier, tech stack, categories) to evaluate meeting fit. Operators see vendor company names and meeting purposes. We do not share email addresses or phone numbers between users.

With service providers: We use Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Google Calendar (scheduling), and Fireflies (call transcription) to operate the Platform. These providers access only the data necessary to perform their services.

For legal reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of DTCXperts Inc. or others.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing agreements).

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your information; opt out of marketing communications; and export your data in a portable format. We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. We may use analytics tools to understand how the Platform is used and to improve the experience.

DTCXperts is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
