What kind of brands will I meet?

Directors, VPs, Heads of eCommerce, CX leaders, and founders at DTC brands doing $1M–$50M+ in annual revenue. Every brand is verified and has decision-making authority or strong influence over their tech stack. These aren’t interns or SDRs — they’re the people who sign contracts.

How is matching different from a lead list?

A lead list gives you contact info. DTCXperts gives you a scheduled, confirmed meeting with someone who reviewed your product category and opted in to the conversation. We match on revenue, tech stack, stack gaps, role, and category interest — not just firmographics.

What if the brand no-shows?

You keep the credit. No-shows, cancellations, and rescheduled calls don’t count against your balance. You only pay for meetings that actually happen.

How fast can I get my first meeting?

Most vendors get their first brand match within 48 hours of completing onboarding. The meeting itself is typically scheduled within the same week. Your total time from signup to first conversation: 3–5 business days.

Do brands know this is a sales conversation?

Yes — and they opted in anyway. Brands receive your company name, product category, and a brief before the call. They’re not being ambushed. They showed up because they’re genuinely evaluating tools in your category and getting paid to give you honest feedback.

Can I target brands using a competitor's product?

Yes. Our stack gap analysis identifies brands running specific tools. If you sell a Gorgias alternative, you can target brands currently on Gorgias who have indicated interest in evaluating alternatives. This is one of the most popular targeting criteria.

How do I get paid?

$100 per completed session, deposited within 48 hours of the call. We currently pay via PayPal or direct bank transfer. No invoicing on your end — we handle everything.

How many sessions can I take per month?

+

Most brands do 2–4 sessions per month, but there’s no cap. If you’re in a popular category and want to do more, we’ll keep sending matches. It’s entirely up to you.

Will I be pressured to buy anything?

No. Vendors are briefed that this is a product evaluation, not a sales call. Brands who report aggressive selling or pressure tactics trigger a quality review. We protect your experience because the quality of your feedback is what makes this platform work.

Can I refer other brands?

+

Absolutely. If you know other eCommerce brands who’d be a good fit, send them our way. We’re building the referral program now — early referrers will get priority matching and bonus payouts when it launches.
